BODY ATTACK – Body Attack is a simple, high-intensity group exercise-to-music class suitable for all fitness levels. You’ll experience high energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises.
AWESOME ABS/ABS CIRCUIT– 15 challenging minutes of abdominal work with some lower back work for greater muscular balance. Option of a circuit workout.
SPINNING – Is the ultimate aerobic workout for all ages and all fitness levels. It is a non-impact activity, which will not cause stress or strain on the joints. The latest German designed Tomahawk Spin cycles are used to give the best cardiovascular workout.
YOGA – A combination class which exercises your body in a gentle, relaxed way with full awareness. Find peace and strength through deep relaxation, breath control and mediation. All levels welcome.
